We spent 2 days in this hotel and all i can say staff of the hotel amazingly professional . We had amazing time .room was clean , everyone in the hotel try their best to make you feel special .i highly recomend this hotel
Hotel is really nice. Personal is helpful. Rooms are clean, just wifi connection is a bit weak. Foods and beverages are delicious. Garden is really nice and all territory clean. During dinner just try to get show cooking of pasta. I had really good time in this hotel
I should start with an apology to everyone at the Russelior for this belated review. They certainly deserve the praise! As soon as I walked in I received the warmest welcome including a brief tour as an introduction with the hotel facilities, such as bars, restaurants, spa and fitness, etc. The room was elegant yet comfy and clean. Perfect bedding! Despite the fact that it overlooked the pool and the hotel was packed, it was still quiet enough to get my rest when I needed it! It offered a beautiful view of the pool area. Bathroom was also spacious and immaculately clean. Impeccable room service is worth mentioning! The food was nice and the staff at the restaurant were supernice! Although I arrived late for breakfast throughout my stay I was welcomed with a smile every morning and the waiter would serve me breakfast outside! For lunch I would recommend the beach restaurant for grilled fish and meat and for dinner, the Japanese restaurant is a must try, although I enjoyed the specialties offered at the Le Cristal. If you opt for a dinner outside, the hotel is in the Yasmine Hammamet and the marina is less than 10 minutes walk, where you can find restaurants and bars. There are night clubs in the area as well (Calypso), whilst for the other well-known clubs (e.g. Latino) you will need to drive or get a taxi. I have no words to describe the hospitality and kindness I was surrounded with wherever I went in this hotel –from the restaurants, to the poolside area, the spa and the business centre (which I had to use during my stay). Great poolside area, well maintained clean and quick service, whether it was towels I needed or ordering drinks. I have never spent so much time around a pool area in all my travels, however this was just perfect to switch off and be pampered. Only drawback was that the hotel was not on the beach – as I expected when I booked. A buggy is available however to take you immediately from the hotel and back – less than 5 minutes ride to reach the hotel’s private beach. I had a wonderful time at the Russelior and would highly recommend this hotel! In fact, I would visit it again, myself!
The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and well-trained. We were particularly impressed with: - Hachem Bourguiba: It's a joy to watch him work at the restaurant. He's very professional and his presence is felt. - Mme. Kaouther (Guest Relations): She's professional, helpful, and welcoming. She was smiling and willing to help every time we met her. - Reception staff: Mounir and the rest of the staff. - Sarhan (baggage porter): He's excellent. In addition to taking our bags, he gave us a nice tour of the hotel and presented the facilities. - Restaurant staff: Fayssel, Amal, Lotfi, Hichem, Hasna. We'll be definitely coming back. The only downsides are the slow internet connection, and the repetitive music during breakfast.
Best hotel for business conventions in Tunisia. Plenary room for more than 700 persons, no less than 15 meeting rooms. The hotel is well designed so you don't have to move a lot between conference. The service is perfect and the food rich and tasty. The Japanese restaurant "bonsai" is one of the best in Tunisia. I have been in Russelior for both business and tourism several times (more than 50 in 6 years) and I was never disappointed.
So far the best hotel i've been to !! Staff : Always smiling, helping advising, showing you around (the must for me...) And cool with noisy kids at the pool ;) Room : the mattress every one should have these as standard y'll see no more wars :) any thing else is great, clean, large balcony for a std room... tv, sofa, bathroom... very luxurious And yes the quiet my little girl felt asleep as soon as we turned off the light Food : great quality great choice of mediterranean cuisine and still it's a self service!! Pool : clean, towel ok, large glass windows showing every corner of the garden outside. I had a sunny day and i felt almost taking a deep in an outdoor pool. Spa : I was almost crying when the masseuses left the room :) What a thing! The best massage i ever had The staff are PRO! And they go tickling every beat of muscle in your body Sauna is a little small but ok as long as they keep the booking... I seriously recommend the Spa with massage
One of the best hotels i have been to. Amal on the reception provided great service. The food was ok but interior was much more than your usual 5star experience.+.+,.................. Will definetly book agaain.
One of the nicest indoor pools and spa's I have been to. General hotel decor and rooms are luxurious. Nice breakfast. Beach is a golf buggy ride away so not a beachfront hotel is only real downside and some staff not the best but better than most in the region I would say.
A great weekend with my baby boy and husband. Very clean and beautiful hotel, it smells good, exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. They surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The food is delicious and varied (for babies as well). The beach is MAGNIFICENT. It is rare to find such services nowadays in Tunisia but the Russelior is definitely the best in hammamet and most probably in the entire country.
I have been meaning to stay at this hotel for a while, but the fact that the hotel did not sit directly on the beach did put me off, this summer my husband, my sister and I wanted to stay in Hammamet for one night so this was a perfect opportunity to see what the hotel was like. When I booked I requested for an early booking as it was just one night, this was approved, we booked two rooms, and I asked for the rooms to be next to each other, this was also approved. Unfortunately when we arrived at 11.30am (early approved check-in request was 11am-12pm), we were asked to sign some forms and ended up waiting for 45 minutes, my husband asked what the holdup was and they said check-in is at 2pm (we were not told this at the time and were left to just sit there). I told them that we asked for an early check-in and the guy on reception (his name is Mohamed) said it's impossible, luckily I printed the approved e-mail and showed him, he said I'll check and walked off, again we heard nothing, so my husband went up to reception again and they said that someone made a mistake as they do not usually approve early check-in's during busy periods….I completely understand that but that was their mistake not ours, if I didn’t print the e-mail I would have been classed as a liar, also I didn’t receive an apology which annoyed me. After the mistake the hotel made, we were taken to the double room as the other one was not ready yet, we then found out the rooms were on other sides of the corridor, I again mentioned this to the guy that took us to the room and he said that it's difficult as it's a busy period…I was ok with this as this guy was apologetic and said he completely agrees with our issue. Now more to the positive side, once we were finally checked in, we went out to eat as we assumed we missed the lunchtime slot, we came back and went straight to the pool and saw that there was pizza being served by the pool, at least we know for next time if we do come back. The pool was amazing, and there was one lifeguard who was great! I wish I took his name as he was the only one running around, he found us some beds and ran to it so that no-one took it – he is definitely a great staff member, there was another lifeguard who we asked several times for things and he would just tell us to go to the other lifeguard, or say yes then ignore us, super lazy! The hotel is truly amazing, I have been to most of the high end hotels in Tunisia and this is up there with the best, we probably would go back as the pool is so nice you don’t really need to go to the beach, and I do understand that mistakes do happen its just a shame we didn’t receive an apology for it, other than the mishap it was a perfect experience.
