The rooms were dirty, the A/C was not switched on, we came back to the lights not working in the room and the food was awful. The staff took no interest when we complained.The photos are very deceptive.

"zodiacalement" parfait !

Très bon séjour, avec un personnel très accueillant et souriant. Hotel à dimension humaine, avec un très bon restaurant, plats divers et variés à volonté. Je me suis régalée et j'y reviendrai car séduite par l'ambiance de l'hôtel conviviale, chaleureux et charmant par sa décoration typiquement tunisienne. Je le recommande aux familles qui souhaitent passer un séjour agréable, détente assurée. La plage est à environ 200 mètres et a manqué d'un petit bar pour se rafraichir en boissons. Mais peut-être existe-t'il en période estivale ? Les piscines extérieures et intérieures étaient propres. Pour mon cas personnel, tout était parfait. :-)

voila déja 6 ans que l'on nous descendons dans cet hotel 2 a 3 fois par an on n'y retrouve" l'esprit familiale",le" personnel sympa et de confiance",la" propretée aussi bien dans les chambres que dans le reste de l'hotel",animation tous les soirs, cuisine variée , la plage se trouve a 300m,la médina a 500m,divers commerces a proximités ainsi qu'une pharmacie le bus s'arrete toutes les 30mm en face de l'hotel pour Hammamet ou Nabeul ,la poste est a 25mm a pied le repos est assuré aussi bien a l'hotel que dans l'ensemble de la Tunisie nous n'avons rien a craindre ces un hotel que l'on recommandent sans crainte

Les chambres du rez de chaussée manquent de clarté. Couleur du mobilier sombre ainsi que les revêtements. Les chambres du 2ème étage sont plus lumineuses. Question animation, ce n'est pas le point le plus fort du Zodiac pour les clients qui seraient en demande. Point fort la localisation, non loin de la plage et de la médina. Pas besoin de taxi pour les amplettes et les souvenirs. Beaucoup d'attractions pour les enfants aux alentours de l'hôtel tel que Cartage Land.

Hotel qui ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles ménages des chambres très moyen attention vérifier l état de vos draps car le premier jour j ai des surprises avec des draps pas propres au restaurant pas beaucoup de choix et toujours la même chose et ne pas aller trop tard car vous risquez ne ne plus rien avoir à manger attention aux arnaqués car j ai pu obtenir un mini frigo dans la chambre gratuitement car j ai su qu une personne l avez eu gratuitement car elle était algérienne moi on me demandait 10 dinars par jour mais je ne me suis pas laisse faire il faut toujours marchander c est pénible à la longue la plage est à 5 minutes à pied et cette année il y avait beaucoup d algues pas très propre pas beaucoup d animation donc je déconseille cet hotel

très bonne ambiance

Hôtel ne valant pas forcément ses trois étoiles par rapport à d'autres hôtels déjà visités. Par ailleurs, l'équipe d'animation est extras ! Aldo et Chris géniaux !!! la nourriture est plutôt bonne et les serveurs agréables. L'hôtesse de l'après-midi n'est pas du tout aimable, à peine bonjour, à peine au revoir et quand on demande un renseignement nous avons l'impression de l'ennuyer. Par contre celle du matin ainsi que les hôtes très accueillants et souriants, nous attendions d'ailleurs leur arrivée pour obtenir quelconque renseignement. Dans les chambres les lits jumeaux sont très gênants quand nous sommes en couple, soit nous dormons chacun dans un lit, soit nous luttons toute la nuit pour ne pas tomber entre les deux. Il serait peut être bien au moins de les raccorder en mettant des draps de lits double. Je recommanderais volontier cet hôtel et nous avons l'intention d'y retourner prochainement.

(data inizio 22.05.10 fino 29.05.10)allora l'albergo hotel zodiac è un complesso carino con 2 piscine,1 all'aperto che possono usare tutti i clienti del hotel l'altra invece è dell'estetista che sta dentro al hotel ma nn si pùò usare.poi dentro al hotel lo staff nn parla italiano solo francese e tunisino e forse inglese,molta difficoltà x chi nn sa parlare le lingue straniere.la camera carina i cuscini del letto sono molto soffici,il bagno nn c'è il bidet,solo vasca e lavandino,attenzione allo stendino del bagno che viene giù.il water invece è in un'altro stanza....la cucina invece nn c'è molta scelta xò è abbastanza buona,andate al negozio dentro al hotelche c'è sonia che è molto carina e se contrattate con lei vi farà un bel sconticino...i raccomando
