We recently stayed at Auto lodge for almost 3 weeks as our son was in Waikato hospital after an accident.. Our rooms were spotless, and nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to have our washing washed and dried for a small fee, which was a relief, not having to find a laundromat. Would definitely recommend.

Great facilities, rooms are very nice and tidy. Cleaning staff did an amazing job each day and were helpful and friendly. Also, the car park spaces were plentiful and large enough to accommodate my 4 x 4. Will stay here again without question.

The shower was unique... was a hose shower but you could not lift the shower head off the wall, had to pull it down through the hole it was sitting in to use it as anything other than a rain shower. It is also high up, I'm not tall so that was a stretch. Very good water pressure.
