I was concerned about cleanliness. The main concern now-a-day’s when traveling is hotels not being clean and having bed bugs. We checked the beds on and under the sheets and mattresses and all checked out as being clean. Once that concern was gone I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

I enjoyed looking out on the lake in the morning. The hotel need cleaning in the hall areas.
Centeral location. Inexpensive. Staff friendly and tasty coffee in the mornings.

The door wasn't open for breakfast and when it was answered the only offered coffee and 2 dry cereals (no milk)
