Conveniently located. Staff was excellent, especially Beth. Breakfast was very good also.We plan to stay there in the future and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Guntersville.

Came into town to my granddaughter’s baby shower. The hotel employees couldn’t have been any nicer!!! Rooms very clean and stocked well. Location is great. The view of the lake was the best! My grandkids loved it!

Checked in, room was missing furniture. Changed us to another room. Phone did not work, hairdryer did not work, ice maker broke, very small pillows. Only stayed 1 night so we made do. Staff tried to correct but way too many problems.

Cancelled room with no notification

If you cannot make the first night of your reservation, even if you paid for it, be sure to call and tell them you will be there the second night because they will give away your room the next night and leave you stranded like they did my family. The woman at the front desk offer no assistance, but plenty of attitude. Will never stay here again.
