This darling home is just a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from WCU, and a few blocks from the free RTA bus stop and City Market/Walmart shopping area. Great location—lots of great touches

We spent a week in Gunnison leading up to Western Colorado’s graduation. We were able to easily walk around town, and visit the university. Plenty of cookware to make meals. Very clean . Easy no key locks(love that) Off street parking. Lovely decor that matched the overall Victorian house. As an historian really enjoyed the map of historic Gunnison.

Hunting trip to Gunnison

The place was perfect for me and my buddy. Two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath worked great and I didn't have to listen to him snore. Kitchen was well equipped, and the back porch room was nice for keeping our gear out of the way. It was very cold during our stay but the radiator heat in each room kept the place perfectly comfortable. It was a nice stay.
