We found bedbugs in our bed when we woke up the next morning. Check in and check out were annoying because there is an automated system rather than somebody staffing the front desk. On check out, it wouldn't connect, so I had to call the hotel, then somebody came out so I could report the bedbugs.

There was urine in the toilet, and a smelly bathroom until we had run the fan for awhile. I have never seen such a bad bathroom in a hotel before. The tub had a lot of soap scum, and the sink had a chip out if it. On the plus side, the person who checked us in was very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

After seeing the conditions of the outside of the building , I did not stay and asked for a full refund. There were several windows with broken and cut screens. Broken picnic tables. Cars in the lot with flat tires. Huge tarp in the back lot with who knows what under it. It looked unsafe!

Bed was comfy but the room has a lot of dings and sloppy repairs. The carpet looked very worn out. Breakfast was absolutely horrible, everything tasted like cardboard. Everything was heated microwave food, I understand if you don't have a cook but at least get higher quality premade food. Even hot pockets make for a better breakfast.

The hotel needs maintenance. The toilet was not bolted down. Door handles were loose. The sink faucet was loose. Paint needed touch-up. There was limited hot water in the shower. Apart from that, the staff was courteous. Since we arrived on the weekend and the maintenance staff was not on-hand, we were offered a different room, which we declined, because we were not unduly inconvenienced. The breakfast was average.
