This is a reasonably priced hotel and is the last one furthest southern of the town. Great views off the US 50. Now for the deal breakers. 1. 7PM check-in day- no hot shower water; more like lukewarm ~100F. Although the staff was tracking the issue, the problem worsened the following morning. Stated the problem would resolve around 10am. Checkout is 11. 2. Brown bag breakfast. Understanding the global situation, could have been better on options. 3. Yogurt in the brown bag breakfast was almost 4 weeks past the use by date. We would not return; there are half dozen other options on the same road.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was nice. The property is a little old and dated. Room was a little small. But overall i would stay there again. They do charge 20 dollars for pet. Which we didnt know until check in. Very nice breakfast and staff was great.

This property has an easy feeling since it has views To beautiful hills. Id recommend this property

Being able to sit outside to relax. Breakfast was excellent. Reading lights next to bed would be nice.

We thought the breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet there. When we checked out they gave us a bottle of water and some snacks for the road, very nice.

Fire pit and bbq available to guests was a great bonus

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast.

This was a nice place to stay in Gunnison, CO. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. There was a nice outdoor area to sit and visit with friends.

Nice clean rooms. Great location on edge of town. Quiet and peaceful.

Super cute inn. Very homey. Room was larger than we expected with really comfortable QUEEN size beds (so many hotels advertise 2 queens but are actual double size), with soft and nice linens. Great view of the mountains. Close to conveniences. Breakfast was great. And the to-go breakfast option was super cool too. The manager was super nice and helpful. Overall incredibly pleasant.

Great Value great rooms comfortable clean and convenient

We like the hominess and comfort. You are obviously proud of your place putting extra touches here and there to make it comfortable. We will always stay here when in Gunnison.

Great stay, comfortable rooms, great selection at breakfast, east access, first thing you come to when you drive into town

I stayed at The Inn for two nights while I was in town for work. It's a quiet and comfortable place away from the city center. Very pleasant at night and in the mornings to see the stars and the sunrise. Bed was comfortable and room was worth the price. The only problem was the space reserved for breakfast was WAY too small for the number of guests who were there on what appeared to be a very busy week. I ended up having to take my breakfast back to the room to eat, which was slightly annoying.
