Nice quiet hotel on the outskirts of Gunnison. Clean, friendly and quiet. Older, but maintained and welcoming. Offering a decent breakfast, is a huge plus.

Clean, cozy, and extraordinarily friendly staff! Excellent value. I came from Denver where I had stayed at the Jacquard in Cherry Creek which costs around $350 a night - the bed at Rodeway was much more comfortable, I slept much better. I really liked this motel.

Good basic motel. Clean room, comfortable bed, and hot water for our showers. Basic accommodations for a basic cost in western Colorado.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was pretty noisy, but overall a nice place to stay.

The lady at the desk was nice and efficient. The breakfast was great! The walls were thin but my neighbors were quiet. The motel is about 2 miles from town, no restaurants nearby.
Decent place, great and helpful staff. for just a place to stay overnight this was a typical motel. It was clean, had a decent bed and shower, I got what a paid for
Our stay was pleasant. The place was clean and staff friendly. Service was great. We forgot some documents and the staff made sure to go out of their way to return it to us promptly. We really appreciated it. We would recommend this place and would return to stay again.
Much nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than I expected from a Rodeway Inn.

Slow to check-in. Not enough outlets, none by bed for technology recharging. Parking right by the door so easy to pack and unpack your car. Limited access from highway, a plus for security.

This is a quiet hotel toward the edge of town. It has a nice hot tub and good breakfast. Wifi was great here.
Stayed here for one night while passing through during the off season. There were only 2 other rooms being occupied, so instead of not putting out the breakfast bar, the owner just asked us what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted. He made us eggs and sausage to order, and had waffle batter ready to go. Very friendly and great service! The rooms are basic, but welcoming after spending all day on the road. It was a tad pricey, considering that we got a much nicer suite at a Doubletree in CO Springs for just $20 more, but it was the cheapest rate in Gunnison. Will stay again if we pass back through in the future. Thanks for the breakfast!
This is 2nd stay there. I'm a professional landscape photographer from Colorado Springs. The Roadway is quiet, has a great staff and amenities and the price is really a bargain too......love it.
