The house located in an unbeatable area for people who want to stay in a quiet place, but with easy access to shopping areas, beaches and highway. Cueva del Polvo is a small and very authentic town, whose almost does not exist in the south of the island, really a front of the house you can see a church and the square. Mercadona supermarket just one kilometer from the house and the beaches that receive the blue flag every year for its crystalline waters, you can arrive in 3 min. In the Playa Alcala area (Jaquita) there is an extended free public parking and a bar that serves food (on the beach) until 17:00. La Arena beach (Puerto Santiago) only 3 min in the car..More info about places of interest, hiking trails, restaurants and beaches we always offer during your stay! We will be available when necessary every day.

Beautiful house, get away from it all but be within touching distance of nightlife if that's what you want. Live with the locals, perfect.

Away from the busy coast

House is a three story building with open kitchen/livingroom and first bathroom on the ground floor. Ground floor is quite dark, only patio doors for light . First floor contains three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The second floor consists of two separate terraces, one overlooking the coastline and ocean. The house is relatively new and was very clean but needs some TLC. The door to the back terrace doesn’t lock anymore. The curtains in the master bedroom have water stains. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom has stains/is damaged. The remote control for the garage doesn’t function (but door can be opened by pushing a button on the wall) and the garage door regularly reopens automatically after closing it. A lot of the downstairs ceiling lights are broken/don’t function. The kitchen has a lot of appliances (juicer, toaster, kettle) but the kitchen lacks basics as a whisk or spatula. The pans and frying pans are worn and not good quality. The washing machine is outside on the downstairs patio. It works properly. As do the other appliances. The house is a bit off the coast in a residential area. Is near the major roads and easy to get to and from. A car is necessary. Supermarkets nearby. Overall we had a pleasant stay, because of the layout of the house we wouldn’t stay again. The owners is very friendly and responded quickly, for instance for check in which is done remotely by giving access to the garage where a key box can be found to open the front door.

Nice house in a village

This is a very nice and spacious house located in a village. It is close to shopping and to the beaches (you will need a car), yet free of the mass tourism feeling. Equipped with a garage and two terraces it really has all you need to have a private vacation for your family.
