I stayed here last year, and chose to stay again. The room was a little dated, some nicks and dents especially in the bathroom, but the bed was large and comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, and the hot water was reliable. Breakfast was wonderful, with a choice of several entrees, all with fruit, bread, juice, coffee, plantains, and refried beans. There were also some pastries available if you're still hungry! Location is great, many restaurants nearby, and the large Oakland Plaza Mall is less than a mile away. I felt very safe walking around the area.

We were robbed in my opinion. We booked a master suite. We were told by one of the employees that the masters suites were on the last floor, but somehow we got a small room on the 3rd floor that was not clean, the wall had a hole, and the bathroom handle door was broken. We requested shuttle transportation to the airport since it was advertised that it was included, but the front desk employee told us that it was available weekdays only. For all these issues I believe we were robbed.
