This hotel is located close by shopping and restaurant areas. In addition, getting to subway is very convenience and not a far walking distance. Getting DiDi to your desired destination is quick. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay. When I come back to Guangzhou in the future, I am definitely selecting this hotel again.

The hotel room and interior (lobby, gym, pool, and restaurant) were all nice, clean, and attractively designed. The staff's English skills are very limited. I think it's a really good value for the money compared to the big Western hotel chains. The restaurant was good (I had dinner and breakfast there), but again, if English is all you have, then you won't be able to order anything special. Thankfully the buffet is well-stocked with mostly Chinese food. I went for a walk in the area, but its a bit shabby and industrial. It's not in the fancy area of Guangzhou.

Hotel transfer problematic

An interesting choice for a flight layover - selected because they offered hotel-airport transport - it was a nightmare to arrange. Best go to the ground floor and find the people who offer 'hotel transfer' and tell them where you are going - they will assist. The transfer is hourly, so if you miss one it seems to take ages.

良いところ/駅から近い。部屋がキレイ 悪いところ/窓がない。吹き抜けのため夜中にフロントからの大声会話がダイレクトに聞こえる。夜中にカラオケが聞こえる。FREE WIFIが全館で1つしかないから使えるわけがない。エアコンに暖房がない。シャワーのお湯がなかなか出ない。朝食が7:30からしか準備できない。 二度と泊まらない。
