The location is pretty convenient and it’s really nice to have a service apartment for a family of 4 travelling. However….The pictures shown of the room in the listing is vastly different than the room we got….the toilet was leaking due to poor install job (no caulking) so we had to deal with noticeable sewage smell for a day since they didn’t have another room to move us to (it was fixed within 24 hrs though). Then when the shower box clogged, it wasn’t fixed when we were told it would be so the bathroom flooded the next day…..oh, and we fou d bones left in the microwave by the previous occupants when we went to warm up breakfast the first morning we were there….Mind you, the front desk staff members we encountered were all pretty helpful and responsive, so I think the problems were more with the housekeeping staff. We were told, however, that we got the only unit that hasn’t been renovated so maybe it’s just our luck?!?

Won't stay again

The check-in process is very bad. The building complex is a gated complex were the guards don't even seem to know a hotel exists in the complex. Without your room key you can't enter through security and messaging the hotel through email never got a reply. I was lucky the guard was very friendly and helped me call the hotel. A staff had to come down to let me in. Cleanliness is also questionable. Hair, dust and prior liquid marks can be seen. Prior rubbish of was not thrown out. The "personal lubrication" that was left behind gives a suggestion of what the room was previously used for. Woke up the next day with some bumps and redness on my skin.

This room is in the condo, map from the hotel.com is incorrect. No where in walking distance, didn’t see any train station either. No super market. (Few convenience stores and small restaurants available) Room isn’t clean and small. Thank goodness the stuffs are very helpful and upgraded us to a bigger room after complaints.
