The room smelled unpleasant and musty. The bathroom curtain had mould stains on it. The hotel had mosquitoes everywhere.

I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, and the overall experience was very positive. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the amenities. However, I think there’s room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness—specifically the carpet in the room. It could definitely use a deep cleaning or even replacement, as it took away a bit from the overall comfort of the space. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would still recommend the hotel. I hope to see improvements in this area during my next visit!
