BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! I highly recommend the rooftop suite, which has the best balcony with best views of this amazing town. Everything is within walking distance; I mean, from Callejo del beso, it's 3 minutes away, with bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, so you don't need to rent a car. 10 STARS! Bring your best walking shoes.

Took over an hour to find this hotel. After arrival, receptionist stated she could not validate or provide parking pass after 5pm, something it does not state on their page. After the back and forth, we settled to pay where we parked, which we paid by the hour, overnight. When finally giving us our rooms, total of 5 adults which required 2 separate rooms, we come to find one smelled like it had been out of service for months and the other had no toilet paper or amenities that the hotel stated it had. When going to the receptionist about the room that smelled, she sent someone to verify that we didn’t utilize the room. Room was then changed, but had to go back downstairs for the toilet paper myself. Reception didn’t have any so he had to go into a different room to provide it. Only good thing about this stay was the staff that helped us with our breakfast. Other than that, would not recommend it or come back to stay here again!

Stayed in panoramic room – view was okay. Balcony door lock broken, couldn’t secure it, felt uneasy at night. Sheets, pillows, towels and blankets not very clean. Reception is next to house with a dog that actually bites. Wear hiking shoes to get in/out the hotel to explore town.

This place is ok if you are not claustrophobic, Ive never seen a room so small and only 7' tall. You have to walk up a very steep slope to get to it because the street to get to it is very narrow and cabs wont go near it.

We booked a basic room but my husband and I decided to upgrade to the VIP room. The view was amazing you could see practically all of Guanajuato. Their bar and restaurant just down the block was amazing as well. Super close to stores and the plaza. Amazing will be booking again!!!

I stayed in a small room off a common open air lobby to the building. Bed was comfy and I consistently slept really well. The room has an air machine in Spanish (I sorta figured out how to work it) and no windows or natural light. That said, i was happy there. It was nice to hear local noises. I’d stay there again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff was very nice and helpful but it did not reflect the hotels rooms situation. We reserved 3 rooms and #201 was made for someone that is not taller than 4.5 feet tall, my wife and I are 5’8” and 5’9” and we each hot ourselves on the head and forehead at least 2 times each during our stay. My other friend stayed in room 204 that had no window and the smell was just horrible the only half way decent room was 307 that resembled an expected hotel room. NO AC and place is falling a part.
Bathroom is clean but termite infested And nothing like the one they have listed on the website.
Very small bathroom you hit your knees against the wall when sitting by on the toilet.
Wood is infested with termites
Bate and switch the room has nothing to do with the pictures on the website.

The room was very clean, the property overall looked nice and smelled clean. The view from my room was stunning and the employees were friendly. Very close to lots of attractions such as el Mercado, callejón del beso y el parque de la unión. However the property is located on a hill so be prepare to walk and wear comfortable shoes.

Location was close to the main visiting points, hotel rooms are too dark, ceilings too low and restaurant service open for breakfast only was way too slow! Only one server and one cook. Breakfast was good though. Definitely not staying here again. I had to upgrade the first night and pay $120 dollars more to stay in a bigger room.
