Se ubica a 2 cuadras de Plaza Galerías, 9 minutos de la Expo y 10 minutos del Estadio Akron; esta en una zona comercial llena de restaurantes, bares y multiples comercios; tienes todo caminando a menos de 5 minutos de distancia. The Space:

Nuestro espacio tiene una arquitectura moderna y se destaca por sus espacios abiertos, la iluminación natural durante el día y artificial por la noche. Disfrutarás de una cómoda cama queen size y de un momento de relajación en la tina.



Aunque no es un lugar lujoso (si eres exigente te recomendamos el Hotel Hyatt Regency Andares), ofrecemos todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa durante tu estadía.



Completamente equipado, tiene 1 baño completo, aire acondicionado y vestidor; recién remodelada y actualizada, toda la ropa de cama, colchones, toallas, etc, son prácticamente nuevos.



Tenemos una cocina MUY BONITA, refrigerador; estufa, licuadora, vajilla completa, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina básicos.



Si necesitas factura te la podemos generar sin cargo adicional.

Ten en cuenta que la propiedad tiene otro alojamiento en planta baja, el cual cuenta con alberca privada pero no es parte de las amenidades de este anuncio. Además la única área compartida es el estacionamiento, mismo que comparte carril con el departamento de abajo.



The Neighborhood:

Zona muy céntrica con muchas zonas comerciales. Las distancias son cortas y se puede ir caminando a las principales atracciones de los alrededores. La ubicación es excelente, se conecta con las principales avenidas de la ciudad, se encuentra muy cerca del parque metropolitano y el complejo panamericano, a dos cuadras de Plaza Galerías, 10 minutos del estadio Akron, y entre 10 y 15 minutos de la Expo Guadalajara (dependiendo el tráfico).



Getting Around:

En la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara es muy económico moverte utilizando el servicio de Uber; también hay un sito de taxis en la zona y varias rutas de camión que puedes tomar en la Av. Rafael Sanzio, a solo 2 cuadras de la casa.
