Todo perfecto

The hotel was fine in most respects. The location is excellent. The building is dated, but relatively well maintained with a helpful staff. The rooms are large. The biggest fault is its restaurant. It is horrible. There is no hotel bar. I tried to order a tequila and they didn't have any! (In Jalisco! This is like going to France and being told they had no wine!) Oh, they had no red wine either. Their restaurant opens at 7:00, but when I got there at 7:15 (I had an 8:00 appt. at the American Consulate) they weren't set up yet and I waited 15 minutes for just a cup of coffee before leaving without eating. If they can get their restaurant in line with the rest of their property, this would be a better review. Luckily, there are a multitude of choices around the hotel to eat in.

I was disappointed on staff service, early evening I reported that the room did not have any got water to shower and was advised someone would be there to check it. 2 hours went by and no one showed up so I called and reported again and was told the same thing, I never got the hot water on the room next day I had to provide solution to the staff by asking to fix the issue or to issue me another room to shower. Honestly expected more of a named brand hotel.

The hotel is close to good restaurants and museums. It's an excellent place to stay if you have children.

Good location, good breakfast. Good staff, nice rooms,

Better maintenance of the rooms and improve the services

No swimming pool, need a lot of maintenance the rooms. Very nice Staff.

Nice hotel clean !! And center of Guadalajara perfect

Going to keep this plain and simple cause apparently my first post wasn't approved and I needed to revise it. Within the first few hours being in our room we found two Roches. Going into the following morning my wife work up to a spider bite on her neck. when we complained about the conditions to the staff the woman at the front was rude and didn't seem to care. After complaining multiple times the female staff offered us a "free breakfast" which was absurd seeing as our reservations to this hotel came with complementary breakfast. At some point she must of just been fed up because after complaining multiple times she finally move us into a different room. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Unfortunately for us we couldn't go find another hotel to stay at because according to the rude uncaring staff; I would loose my money because we made the reservations through Orbitz so your couldn't be refunded.

Not what I would normally expect from a Holiday Inn. The staff was great, I just didn’t feel the room was what I expected it to be.

Love the location. If traveling with kids it's perfect to go rest for a while and then continue with your walk around the city. Plenty of choices for kids to eats around the hotel like McDonald's, Subway, Burger King, Dominos and plenty of Mexican food too. There's also small convenient stores around open 24hrs. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location if you want to walk and visit important places like the “Hospicio”! Difficult to get there due a construction in Downtown...
