Good: The location was great. Hotel and streets felt safe. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Staff were very nice and helpful. Quiet. Quick check in and check out. There was parking. Price was affordable. Bad: some of the surfaces in our bedroom were somewhat dirty. No wash cloths in the bathroom. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was not tasty. Had chicken soup, tasted like microwave food. Had guacamole, was very salty, and the ships were very hard and tasted old.

Great location. A bit dated but very clean. Rooms are very large especially in comparison to the doubletree down the street.

I needed a last minute hotel and it was fine but the staff was not friendly at all. I had 3 other guests with me that I checked in and we needed towels for everyone. When I called reception for the towels she answered with a attitude and seemed annoyed that I asked her for that.

Everything was excellent

The fact that it was close the the place we were going to

Low frills but fine in a pinch (which I was in). Lovely staff!

Best experience ever-

The hotel was fine in most respects. The location is excellent. The building is dated, but relatively well maintained with a helpful staff. The rooms are large. The biggest fault is its restaurant. It is horrible. There is no hotel bar. I tried to order a tequila and they didn't have any! (In Jalisco! This is like going to France and being told they had no wine!) Oh, they had no red wine either. Their restaurant opens at 7:00, but when I got there at 7:15 (I had an 8:00 appt. at the American Consulate) they weren't set up yet and I waited 15 minutes for just a cup of coffee before leaving without eating. If they can get their restaurant in line with the rest of their property, this would be a better review. Luckily, there are a multitude of choices around the hotel to eat in.

I was disappointed on staff service, early evening I reported that the room did not have any got water to shower and was advised someone would be there to check it. 2 hours went by and no one showed up so I called and reported again and was told the same thing, I never got the hot water on the room next day I had to provide solution to the staff by asking to fix the issue or to issue me another room to shower. Honestly expected more of a named brand hotel.

The hotel is close to good restaurants and museums. It's an excellent place to stay if you have children.

Good location, good breakfast. Good staff, nice rooms,

Better maintenance of the rooms and improve the services

No swimming pool, need a lot of maintenance the rooms. Very nice Staff.
