"Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional, the food was amazing the staff were warm and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It truly felt like a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The property was beautiful, hillside with great views. Walking to your room may be a challenge as it is very steep however they do offer shuttles up to your residence. The beach is calm, beautiful with great waters. The restaurants on the property are very expensive with sucky food, no real flavor, no good quality service even though they say it’s “luxury”. This property is not a luxury property even though they charge like one. The pillows in our room were stained and so were the towels. A bit disappointed with this property. "

"Bay Gardens is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff is very nice and diligent. They keep the property very clean. I am lookimg to staying there again when I visit St Lucia. "
