Nestled in Downtown Greenville's quaint North Main area, the cottage is only a 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown and a 15-minute walk to the trolley stop. Living spaces include 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen with eat-in dining and laundry area, and an office with peloton and light gym equipment. A large backyard and deck with gas fire pit is perfect for enjoying cooler nights.
