When I first got here, the smell was bad. The microwave didn’t work and I had to check the mattresses for bedbugs, but the roaches were pretty bad unless you have it cold in here.

Property has ROACHES EVERYWHERE... The hallways and room smelled like urine, the a/c unit was from the 70's, the towels had dirt on them the sheets were dingy the carpet and walls were dirty. Over all the place is horrible, dont let anyone of your customers book there this was a bad experience and I didnt check in till almost midnight so I had no choice.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever seen. The lights did not work when I entered the room and when I turned the lamp on next to the bed, roaches scattered everywhere. Needles to say I left immediately and stayed at another hotel. This hotel should be condemed.

Rooms are nasty. Someone off the street accessed my room and came in while I was resting. I had to escort them out. A lot of drug and prostitution is going on at this property. Also there were bugs in the room.

German roaches on my toothbrush at 10 pm. Roaches on the table. I’m glad I couldn’t get to sleep and got up to go to the bathroom I left the property immediately and got a room at the quality inn adjacent to this ramshackle bldg. I will be following up with the state authorities to do my best to shut this place down

There were roaches all over the place I have videos and photos! They were only charging 41 dollars a night but on Hotels.com I paid double!!!! This hotel is not safe whatsoever. We ended up having our employee switch hotels. Super disappointed in hotels.com for this and we are platinum members.

They have roaches, the room wasn't clean before it was given to us. There were dirty wet towels and rags in the bath tub. Had ashes in the cabinets even though we asked for non-smoking. There was also no smoke detector in the room. Most power outlets were loose so plugs kept falling out. No breakfast even though it claimed to have free breakfast.
