Stayed for a football weekend. Property is not very old but had the feeling of an aged property.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient but the hotel is completely outdated, from the lobby, breakfast, roos, bathroom, toiletries, and common areas. They need anajor upgrade.

Toaster broken, no waffle mix, Elevator didn't work. Just very disappointed.

First day room was not cleaned. We may have been in the room when they came by but I don't really think there was an attempt. Second day we were out almost all day, room not cleaned. Day of check out housekeeping was knocking bright and early! Had to ask for towels twice. Housekeeping staff was nice enough, they just didn't clean, didn't even take trash. I needed change for washer, front desk girl was not too concerned that she couldn't give me change and my clothes were soaking wet from the washer. We won't be back. My daughter goes to ECU, it's a shame because the place is close to her campus.

Quick and easy check in. Good rate for a quick over night

Check-in was okay however the room was filthy. Dust everywhere (flared up my allergies), carpet unvaccumed, one trash can in entire room, fitted sheet on bed too small (kept coming off) and no hair dryer.....just to name a few things.

I liked the overall condition of the property. The grounds had cigarette butts around the entrance.

It was close to campus and clean

It was very loud on my floor. Lots of people in the hallways late night.

Property Is very old. It was very dirty and smelled. Outside was being renovated but inside needs lots of attention.

The property has declined in the past year. They put us in a handicap room without asking. The ice makers were all broken. The furniture is coming apart. Not worth the cost. For the same money I could have stayed at a nicer place.

Room was sterile feeling. No table lamps, everything bolted down but the one trash can in the room. Makes me wonder about safety.

$50 deposit required on check in - no employees wearing masks - booked for three but wanted to change to two and they would not let me
