Cheap towels. Good internet. Good breakfast. Could use some updating.
Good location. Horrible staff. Rotten fruit for breakfast. I was there for a week and they never cleaned the room nor took out the trash
Lights were missing light bulbs, there were no towels, hot water....later learned from staff that “nobody is supposed to be put in room 311”!
DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you enjoy stinking rooms and hallways and poor service. The free breakfast is also nothing to write home about.
All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are very old and the bathrooms are a bit scary.
I liked the location. However, the surrounding property gave the hotel a very disappointing image. The hotel could definitely use an upgrade. It was very outdated. Also a privacy fence in between the hotel and the huge gas station next door would even help.
We had a room on the third floor. Turns out part of that floor is pet friendly (we were not traveling w/a pet). Getting out of the elevator was like walking into a litter box. The interiors appear old and in need of renovation (shower insert has pulled away from the wall, crown molding cracked & separated in corners, headboard isn't attached to bed frame, sink/shower drains have rubber stoppers if you can find them, otherwise no covers). The window had an arch over the top that doesn't have a shade or blind & faces the morning sun. At 6am our room was broad daylight. We shared our concerns with the front desk both via Orbitz & the front desk employee and no changes made. The email response was to clarify our room wasn't pet friendly. Just part of our floor. The price was great but we will not be staying there again & will not recommend it.
Out of the way & quiet. Public transportation to & from was a challenge, however if you're not in a hurry, an uber isn't completely out of the question. Dated, but quaint. Room was clean & comfortable.
The rooms did not have much sound insulation. The bed was okay but the pillows were not comfortable. We could hear the highway noise from our room. It was very basic accommodation.
The staff could NOT be nicer during our holiday stay. Felt like we were staying with family. Our king suite room was amazing.
wonderful, nice people, lovely place to stay. The hotel has a friendly small town feel to it. Where people really care about each other.
Absolutely beautiful scenery and a lovely place to stay. It's a bit tricky to get to if you follow a navigator. I found it far easier to hit the traffic light and turn up the hill, and then to the right. Not far from St Vincent's College in Latrobe if you're trying to catch Steelers training camp. Very clean room, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others.
Btrakfast breads all stale. Walls are thin. You can
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was delicious! I'll be back!
This is a decent hotel for the price point that is clean and well kept up. My issue is with the hotel construction and the fact that there Eastern facing suites do not have sufficient curtains to block out at least some of the morning sunlight. I was on vacation when I stayed there but was woken up every morning at 5 a.m. With the sun blaring in my face. By 7 a.m. The sunlight was shining directly on the bed. I was happy to get home so I could finally get some rest. One thing is for sure, if you're staying in a suite on the east side of the building you're certainly not going to get any sleep.

I want to greatly apologize for the mix up. That room was to be out of order and not used and unfortunately my Front Desk staff did not pay attention to that detail. You should have never been put in that room, we are working on getting that room fixed from the previous guest. I hope you would give us another chance and we will be doing some renovating within the next year. Thank you and I apologize your stay was not a good one. Have a nice day.
