Staff at front was helpful due to no ice machine on 1st floor however when checking out asking for more ice the gentleman in front was rude and had us go up to another floor. Hotel room was not cleaned after first night stay.

Booked this place cause it had a hot tub and was looking forward to that after a 10 hr drive. Entire pool area was in undated with 30 children, running around, cannon balls, water everywhere you couldn’t walk safely, water in the hot tub was half full do to children going in and out of it like it were a kiddie pool. Parents had no regard for other patrons personal space, nor had control of their demon offspring running in and out slamming doors so loud! You would think hotel staff would have some sort of control and enforce the capacity, no diving, no running rules, no children under a certain age in the hot tub. There were babies in there with floaties on, it’s a hot tub that’s dangerous for them, not a kiddie pool!!!

Well. They were suppose to have cocktails and a bistro. Nope. Not open at all during our weekend stay but guess what it opened for breakfast only! Very pricey! I thought we could grab a coffee in the lobby on our way out. But nope! No complimentary coffee even in the lobby!! Only overpriced Starbucks! As expensive as our room was I have a hard time understanding why we couldn’t be offered a complimentary coffee on our way out. We had friends that stayed at another national brand hotel they had complimentary breakfast, nice rooms and less expensive! I,on the other hand, felt gouged. Even the candy we purchased in the “market” inside the hotel was outdated and stale. Our rooms were nicely appointed and bed comfy. But other than that, not impressed!

The pool and hot tub were clean and open till 11 which my kids loved. I slept better in this bed than I do my own! This is my 2nd experience at this location and it did not disappoint. I will stay here anytime I'm back in Greensburg!

The room was nice, bu being located close to the mechanical operations made for a very noise evening and night as the elevator was in use. I was surprise to find that, for the price, there was not a complementary option. There was not even complementary coffee.
