This hotel was very in a bad area of town. Not safe to stay there. The bathroom was not clean and the room did not smell or seem clean. I left a night early due to this and stayed with other people that were in town for a wedding. The people who live near hotel stated this place has high drug use and high police activities.

Stinky, dirty room. Things left in the refrigerator. My mother was doing very badly and I live about 1000 miles away. I booked the room on Orbitz before leaving for Greensburg to ensure that I had a place to stay for at least a week. Mom passed right after getting to Greensburg. It was an awful week made worse by this crappy hotel. Since she passed, I didn't need the entire week and tried to cancel the last half of the reservation. I did this early enough that they had over 24 hours of notice but wouldn't refund the last 3 nights. Orbitz was OK with the refund, but the hotel was not. I even spoke with the owner. Everyone was "sorry for my loss" (what a crock!) but no one was willing to refund the last half of the week. They hate the online booking services (Orbitz, Expedia...) and wanted to punish all Orbitz customers. I finally got it refunded not because they wanted to do the correct or ethical thing, but because the hotel manager "knew" my brother! I highly recommend that NO ONE EVER STAY AT THIS DUMP! They are supposed to be part of the Windham chain, but it's far below Windham's standards. The only thing going for it is its location. I hope Windham gets smart and replaces everything and everyone to make the most use of this location. Don't let the fact that they are part of Windham fool you, it's really a dump.

Easy on and off highway, very quiet between rooms and no one above since it's a one story facility, a little outdated but very comfortable. Staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating to needs. Quick breakfast items available.

Nice and Clean, would stay there again. It was close to restaurants.

Good enough for what i needed, but way too expensive for what it was. Dirty shower. Nastiness all over tv. Very strange and old looking. Definitely a dive motel, but not dive prices.

Hotel room was clean. It did, however, need some small repairs. The TV was an old style CRT model, and had not been updated in years. It was HOT the day we stayed here, and the AC took most of the night to cool it off for us. The staff in the Hotel Office was exceedingly nice and helpful. Oh, the continental breakfast is stretching it. Doughnuts in a bowl, juice boxes, and coffee.

the room's paint was peeling in spots. the bathroom door laminate was peeling off in the worst way. the cover on the bed in the non smoking room was full of cig. burns.. the free breakfast was nothing more then a powered doughnut and two week old stale cookies. i wouldn't go barefoot in this room for any reason. i will never stay there again. i never had this problem when i booked a room thru another national well known site.

The knights inn is a fine hotel. It's a convenient location, the rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Nothing special but it gets the job done.

Good value, conveniently located to Rt 30, stayed twice several months apart , both times was satisfied with my stay.

Good location for visit to St. Vincent College. The room was old but fairly clean. It has a small but nice pool. The beds were very comfortable. An inexpensive and good place for us.

The price was right for what we wanted. Location was good. Room was clean but the maids changed only one bed when there were two beds. Very strange. All the ladies at the reception desk were friendly. You get a thick metal key for your room.. There were plenty of fast foods places to eat and Walmart was 2-1/2 miles away. I would only stay here again in a pinch.

The room was spacial. The TV had a HBO subscription. There was a running/cycling trail right next to the motel that went on for miles. We were able to take a quick hike and walk the dogs. The pool was very clean and refreshing on a hot day.

Low ceiling room with a cheap motel feel. In a small town they charged me for an amount of a decent 3 star hotel. Rooms seemed to have been painted by an non-professional painter. Breakfast promised was really a donut, danish, coffee & kids artificial juice and apple juice in paper cartons (kids size). Analog TV with no choice channels. Free Wi-Fi was a joke that never connects due to weak signal. For the most part it should be rated 1 star.

One night stay for business in Greensburg. No problems encountered

The room had a strange odor that was not very welcoming. In my non-smoking room, I had unmistakable cigarette burns in the comforter and bed sheets. Very aged and worn everything. However the price was cheep, the location is close to many restaurants, the shower works, and the staff was friendly. If you just need a place to crash for a night, what else do you need?

Was on a one day buisness trip, and needed a place to stop for the night. This place is not fancy, but if you're looking for a bed and a shower, this is it. Walking distance to eateries. Perfect for a one night stop-over.

Booked this hotel for location and price. Appears quite nice from the outside... but the inside is another story. Room was quite dirty, numerous stains to the carpet, holes in the comforter, ___ stains on the pillow cases (had to lay a towel down over my pillow), hair in the bathroom, and to top it off a terd in the toilet... yep, quite the welcoming gift! The floor creaked and bowed whereever you walked and there was no thermostat in the room that you could adjust. Then to top it off as I was checking out I went to grab a napkin to pick up a muffin to go, and there was a large bug of some type stuck to the napkin. Overall not a great experience and I would not go back. Fortunately my total stay was less than 8 hours so I didn't have to endure the above conditions long. Hope this helps!

The staff was great, especially about my late check in. The bed was comfortable, though they could use new pillows. Shower was hot, and room temperature was fine. It was not as noisy as I thought it would be. For what the room cost I would definitely stay again.

Yes there where a good bit of out of town roof workers at the place but it was quiet. We just needed a place to sleep while working a craft fair for the weekend. The bed was very soft and comfy and was a good price. It is out dated but we did not care.

We stayed overnight 2 nights. I booked and it was unrefundable. Thought that hey, that's okay, we won't cancel. Now I wish I hadn't. Place was clean, not very nice though, and the first night I had to call the front desk twice to ask them to calm down some drunks that were fighting in front of our door. Thank the Lord our girl slept through it all. We were gonna leave the next day without a refund and loose the money, but we were too tired to drive and that night there were no outside noises that woke us. I booked b/c of the pool.... well.... turns out darn pool was closed for the season and noone called. Will not be staying at any knights inn again. Pillows sucked, too. My neck hurts. Next time, I'll pay extra to get a much nicer hotel.
