1st floor room no screens in windows and both locks broken, very unsafe. Desk mostly unattended.
Pop machines out of order and/or empty. Breakfast making items broken not in working order. Juice machine only produced water do not allow you to take breakfast back to your room.
The staff is excellent
Room was generous size with refrigerator and tv and the staff was very helpful and nice. the front desk was very good and accommodating to our needs
When we got there had to wait about 5 minutes after calling someone for them to come check us in.. The. when got put in a dirty room at first. So they put us in another room, that room had no heat and had the maintenance man try and fix it. We had the heat in 99 degrees for it to be 68 degrees in the room. We also called to make sure they had a pool before we left and was told yes! The pool was closed for maintenance.. The outside was all under construction as was the inside and if it was up to me I would of left and went somewhere else!!! Very unsatisfied with this place!!!

Property was under a renovation which wasn’t a big deal. Main reason for booking was for the pool that was broken but not informed about until our arrival. Shower didn’t even work. Room amenities were well below par for price of stay.

While the price was good, we had reservations for 4 people, and had to request more towels. When we arrived at our room, there was only 1 very small pillow on each of the 2 queen beds. When we requested more pillows (which we should not have had to do, as the reservations were for 4 people), we were given 2 more. We finally went to WalMart at 1030 at night and bought pillows for ourselves. I have done a significant amount of travel over the years and have never had this happen before.
Air conditioner failed but the staff did get a new room
Hotel has many areas lacking maintenance but the beds are comfortable and the rooms clean (except stains in the tub)

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location by the interstate, wonderful breakfast. There were waffles, cereals, cheese danishes, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, toast, muffins. Best continental breakfast!
It was just above terrible. It rained the sencond night we were there and the AC started leaking a lot of water into our room. We called the front desk and the way they responded made us think they were aware of that this happens when it rains and we switched rooms... explained the mildewy smell.
The hallway carpet looks dirty & needs vacumming/deep cleaning- left me with bad first impression while I am pulling my luggage. No elevator on for the second floor. The room is much better. Carpet is clean, although corner & back of the tv needs vacumming. The bed is clean. The microfridge is old but works ok. I stayed in a second floor room which has a nice view of the pond & sunset.
Nice clean rooms. Quiet. Inexpensive. It was a great value. Breakfast was a bit lacking. Cook your own sausage? But that’s ok. Did I mention it was inexpensive?
Convient right off the interstate, old pool, broken older beds, and terrible breakfast. But it was cheap and convenient. Just like to have a bit cleaner look without rust and bathroom updates.. and there were windows that look into the pool on the 2nd floor with some creepy guy watching us :(

sorry for the inconvenience but the heater in that room was brand new but you had set at 99 so after certain point all heater stop working. and my maintenance guys come to the room to fix it, he put it back on 75 so its start working and 2 gentleman who is already in your room they conform yes its working pretty good. and for the pool we already inform every site our pool was under construction for 2 week. thank you.
