I received a full bed instead of the King bed on my reservation
Easy location close to freeway and downtown access. Pet-friendly, breakfast and close to shuttle for market are all great added features.
Breakfast was mediocre. Bed was comfortable.
Ant problems in the room, broken toilet seat, noisy guests. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Other than the ants, things appeared clean. Breakfast was good. Essentially, you get what you’re paying for here.
Generally okay. Overall facilities were clean and tidy. The room was updated, but the bathroom was outdated and tub was scarred and worn. Moldy caulk around tub. I will try other places the next time I am in High Point.
Staff was very knowledgeable and believe renovations were done within 3 years ago and time of writing. Beware the door doesn’t have soft closing hinges and will slam hard. This location was quite surprising with condition and upkeep. It has the potential of being ordinary to extraordinary if they choose to improve their breakfast offerings from just a make your own waffle maker and some bread. I would consider staying again and will look at recent reviews and see if they improved breakfast.
The shower water did not get hot.
After checking in the desk clerk informed us that the water was going to be off until 3 o'clock after 3 o'clock after the water was still not turned on I left came back around 6:30 the water was still not on talk to the clerk again the clerk was like in 15 to 20 minutes after the 15 of 20 minutes the water was still not on Ask to speak to the manager because I as I drove 12 hours and and was tired and wanted to wash They stated that the manager was not in I also had to complain about the room the desk was very loose could not put nothing on it the couch had nasty stains on it Overall my stay was not good Would not recommend this hotel to anyone After paying almost a $100 a night it was not worth it Wanted a refund but they could not do anything because the manager was not there Again would not recommend This hotel to anyone They had no gym that they stated on the website and the reviews that they have on the website are false
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of Super 8. Room very spacious with a sitting area within the room.
