The facility was so dirty I could not stay. I booked another room at a different facility & stayed there. Dirty!

As I tried to check in the owner told me the room wasn't ready so I waited until three when they told me the room was ready I go to my room and they just started cleaning the room at 3 pm . And they have children working for them d they took it soon there self to go into my room without my permission I had the do not disturb sign on my door and I went to my car to get my charger they were in my room before check out time

We were checked into a room that was not cleaned. A member of the housekeeping staff noticed this and came to bring us new keys to a different room that was ready. There was a lot of debris in the hallway in front of our room. There was a lot of debris on the stairs and the hotel didn't seem very clean. There were no knobs on the room air flow control unit. The unit was turned all the way off and we had no air flow in our room for the first night it was very hot and there were many noises that weren't blocked by having that white noise available. After I mentioned it to the desk staff, a man came to the room and lifted off the panel and turn the air on. It was then very cold. He said he would return with knobs to adjust, but he never returned. We finally used the bare metal guts of the unit to adjust the air flow without the benefit of knobs. The continental breakfast was very, very limited with no fresh food options or even yogurt. There was only powered creamer available for coffee, which is very unsatisfactory.

It a nice place to stay but the breakfast run out milk so quick they need work on that to fills the other thanks

Unfortunately had a disappointing stay. Hair dryer was broken in room and they had no replacement. Phone in room had no cord connecting it to the wall and front desk person was not surprised by that. No butter, fruit or protein available at breakfast.

Place smelled like smoke even though it is non-smoking.

The facility was in poor repair, we stayed for a week and everyone we were asked if we were checking out. I feel they should keep better track of their customers. The room was pretty clean but the overall establishment needs help. The continental breakfast was cheap and not well done.

Dirty in the elevator for two days, and the bra faster was poor

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were scratchy and felt like newspaper. The first room I was given didn’t have a full set of towels or a working lock. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal and they didn’t clean my room while I was gone all day the first day. The next morning I realized my door wasn’t locking behind me, so I notified the front desk and they said they’d fix it, but it still wasn’t fixed when I returned at 9 PM that night, so anyone could have walked in and stolen my laptop, iPad & all my belongings, I went back down to the front desk again and they sent two guys up who proceeded to spend the next 90 minutes trying to fix and replace my lock when all I wanted to do was go to sleep. At 11:30 PM they finally admitted defeat and moved me to another room, which is a lot of hassle to go through after sitting there for 90 minutes while they attempted to fix the lock. My new room didn’t have a smoke detector (just wires hanging), drawer handles or a desk chair, and the same terrible water pressure in the shower. I only stayed here because it was one of the few hotels left available for High Point Market - I would strongly advise against staying here.

First of all, upon checking in we were unable to understand the folks at the front desk. There was a definite language issue. They spoke very broken English. Second they were dressed unprofessional. One gentleman had his pajama bottoms on with flip flops. Upon entering our room (which was just cleaned) there were no towels . Second the coffee maker didn’t have all its parts to operate properly. Third each and every time we left to return we needed to have are key card reprogrammed because it wouldn’t open the door. There was an issue with the window it wasn’t sealed properly therefore we heard the cars on the highway all evening long. Good note the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. It did show that maybe these folks might be new owners and were trying to do some updates. Not the best value, however they were nice and heard our complaints and handled them in a timely fashion.

You absolutely get what you pay for. Check in took forever, unfriendly staff, room is half nice, half not updated.

It was close to our event in jamestown and the gas station. We met similar people like us and had a good time interacting. The breakfast was tasty in the morning. Nothing too fancy but enough to curb a hangover.

The hotel is worn out. The front entrance has broken door. Lobby is dirty. The room is 10 years older then the photo. The only good thing is the breakfast.
