Great location! The building, honestly, stinks. You can tell people smoke indoors. Have to wait 20 mins for warm water to shower. Breakfast was OK. Got taxi to the airport from the hotel and the taxi driver was horrible; drove reckless, we asked him to please slow down and he didn't and when we tried to pay he said he didnt have change so we ended up paying more for a horrible ride. Would not stay here ever again.

Everyone on staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Krisalia who works at the front desk, and the lady in charge of breakfast. My husband and I could not have chosen a better hotel that was close to elegant restaurants and the metro.
