Great deal on a queen room for a two night break. Superb service, room was great. Fantastic service in the restaurant. Staff were great and service perfection. Wonderful break in a superb location easy for the city and more important for the art galleries

Great hotel, staff, facilities and even better views and room. Went for my girlfriends birthday weekend, and turned out to be the best hotel stay we’ve had for a while. Will definitely visit again. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything you need

Hotel has perfect location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast excellent. Definitely hotel of choice when staying in Glasgow. Look foward to the next stay and am confident it will be just as good, just like all the previous stays!

booked an executive room on 18th floor, room nice, shower over bath a bit dated. part of the appeal for the executive room was the evening bar and canopes. don't bother, the food isn't worth bothering about, you are in a room with no windows, no music no atmosphere. arrived at 5.50, drinks are from 6.00 and everyone was sat staring at the bar which has a padlock on the fridge, waiting for it to be opened, 6.00 it was like a stampede, it was like a race to get as much alcohol down your throat in 2 hours we had a look in earlier in the day, as the area is open to executive room guests for tea, coffee, one couple in the corner filling their bags with bottles of coke (its free) 2nd night ate out early, so arrived in the hotel about 6.30, executive lounge was much quieter and a little better after the initial rush period i think. both mornings breakfast was very good, plenty of hot food on offer, and bloody mary's if you want.

Myself and my long distance partner stayed here on 29th December and I was so impressed that I’ve decided to return here the next time I visit Glasgow. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the spa facilities were excellent, and I would like to thank Nicola on reception especially for her wonderful customer service.

This is a lovely hotel the rooms was clean and kept clean throughout our stay . Breakfast everyday was lovely . The only problem was not having everything explained on arrival , a thankyou to the 2 ladies on the app that tried to sort this out but still didn’t . We loved the stay thankyou and my wife said thankyou for the chicks and wine left in room on arrival

This hotel is fabulous and the staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Had a few drinks at the bar, although it's a beautiful bar to sit in, it is a little expensive. The room was great and very clean

We have visited this hotel many times for the Hogmanay buffet, it was £60 per head for adults, this time the quality was bad the roast potatoes were overdone with only 2 choices of meat ham and roast beef with vegetables and salads, I had a sample of the sweets they were bland or burnt, I have included a photo of my burnt creme brûlée you can see the difference between a good one and the burnt one. Breakfast was always cold and by time we got our toast it was like cardboard.

My family and I stayed for the 2017/2018 New Year celebrations. Excellent location, hotel very clean, rooms were of a good size, hotel staff very professional. Breakfast was very good with enough choice for anyone's tastes. Would recommend this hotel.

From Check-in to Check-out the service from the staff was exceptional. The only negative, which isn't much, is the hotel needs updating. But overall, facilities were clean, rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again because the service was above and beyond what I expected.
