Staff really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of foods. Great location in Glasgow and nearby Q-Park is very safe and secure. Room has great amenities and WiFi signal is strong.

This hotel was exceptional!! Room, location, value, but mostly the unbelievable helpful staff. From loaning a phone charger to storing our luggage while we toured the city after checkout, to letting us relax in the breakfast room prior to taking the bus to the airport. Everybody was so kind and welcoming! I will be looking for this chain from now on. Great introduction.

We were greeted on arrival by the kindest man who showed us how to get a discount on parking and even helped with my phone. A room was spotless and had everything you could want in it, including fridge and safe. I cannot fault anything about this Hotel and I definitely will rebook this next time I am in Glasgow. You also get free tea and coffees on the ground floor all day long what more could you ask for. Excellent hotel with excellent staff, thank you Apex.
