Great hotel in a great location. Modern comfortable room, pleasant and friendly staff. I did have a problem with the TV in the room though which I reported several times during my stay and it wasn't fixed. As I was working it didn't spoil the stay too much but was rather annoying. Also my booking confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included but the hotel told me that it wasn't showing on their booking. They did say this was an Expedia issue though. I did get breakfast and wasn't charged for it.

My stay was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds great. The bathroom was on the small side but enough for two people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were friendly. I chose it because it was near walking distance of Queen's Street Station and you can move to other places from there. Didn't pay for breakfast as we were going to spend most of our days out.

Great room size, clean and modern, shocked to see a trailing cable across reception for hoovering, no sign, black cable ankle high over a grey floor, I’m with parents 80+… but anyone could’ve tripped, poor attention to health n safety here but staff member acknowledged and amended situation when I asked her about it💗 appreciated.
