Our bed was broken. And it’s smells in the hallways and rooms. I was honestly scared to sleep in the bed. I had to use my own blanket.

This was a midway travel stop for the night. The room was fine, however I did find a nail clipping with orange polish on it in the bed so that was unappealing. The fire alarm also went off at 5:50am, also not ideal.

Mold in the bathroom. Air conditioner kept me up all night as it sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in there or something. The free breakfast was good though. Just ok for the price and a one night stay

black mold, peeling walls! Inexcusable.

Peeling black moldy walls in the bathroom! There were no other rooms, and it was late, so we were stuck, told there were ongoing issues they were gradually trying to fix ("gradually", "trying"? really??!) No effort to compensate in any way, just given the manager's business card. Haven't heard back yet. Very unhealthy and disgusting. A room like this should not be sold. The AC unit was also very noisy, and the room in general was noisy. A very uncomfortable feeling staying there with that mold issue. Makes you wonder what else is being excused away. I will avoid the Wyndham chain in general.

Online picture and hotel did not look the same. We were not given the type of room we booked online. The room and carpet felt damp. It was clean, but found stains on bottom of sheets. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom and shower. Also some other damage on shower ceiling. Also found some bugs and spiders in bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was not kept up. They restocked with cold food. We did not stay for the second night of our reservation

So we were woken up at 1 am by the next room bunch of kids drinking , glass bottles slamming and them making videos with the squeaking door . I went out there to be nice and say hey my kid is sleeping in here , they still made noise too 3 am ! So I told the front desk in the morning . They won’t give me a credit because I booked through Expedia . Also don’t look at the bathroom ceiling or under the soaps . It’s disgusting .
