Easy access in and out. Close to several restaurants
We were put on the third floor for an “accessible” room. In an emergency the fire department would have to be called to get my wife out. What sense does that make? The price of $300.00 for the room did not justify at all. What a rip off will not stay again and this as the second time. Fool me once!
Nice Location
Excellent 👍👍
I asked to speak with a manger 4 times during my stay and have yet to be contacted. The property was under construction and the amenities and facilities were not open for use. I'm beyond disappointed.
Lobby was under construction. Will be nice when done. Room was nice
Receptionist awesome!!!!!!!
Very clean, friendly staff, close to shopping and restaurants
Loved the breakfast. Property is very worn down and needs complete remodel
This is a nice and clean hotel. No hesitation to visit again
Stayed here when moving my daughter to grand junction. Big rooms , comfy beds. I wanted to take those pillows home. Hot coffee/breakfast the next morning.
Loved the location the staff was great the room was very comfortable.
Location of the hotel was ideal for me as it is very near shopping areas, activities, and restaurants, and far enough from the air port that I did not hear a plane a single time during my stay. There is a rail line that passes south of the hotel, but it is far enough away that it would not be noticeable for most people. Front desk staff were very helpful efficient at check in and check out process. I was sleeping in most of my stay, and cleanings staff very patiently but clearly announced their arrival. Twice, I stated that I would be in the room for a bit longer, and they returned later in the day such that my room was cleaned when I returned for the evening. I had a cold during my stay, so I had bottles of liquid cold medicine in the bath room, along with my normal assortment of toiletries. The counter had clearly been cleaned, however the assortment of toiletries was not re-organized during every cleaning, which was nice. The housekeeper(s) left an extra box of tissues in the room on the night stand after the second night, as well as an extra trash can next to the bed, which demonstrated that they were very attentive to the needs of the guests. I did not use the pool, however I did go look at it in case my nephews wanted to go swimming and noted that the pool area was much cleaner than many in door pools I had seen. The bleach smell was not overpowering as in door pools can be, and the pool appeared to be very clean. I noted two smoking areas provided. One in front with a bench, and one in back with no bench, but there is a decorative rock that is conveniently placed that can be used as a bench. The hotel is on the edge of the industrial area of town, so views are not spectacular, however noise at night was minimal. I did find the mini-fridge un-plugged when I went to put some sodas and snacks in it, and I am not sure why it was un-plugged. It did not make any abnormal noises during my stay, and seemed to function fine once it was plugged in. The bath room has one of the cloth type shower curtains, and seems to mist water out of the shower/tub area when the shower is on, which I found to be a little annoying, but a minor annoyance.
I asked for a receipt and the front desk clerk said they could not get me one. The clerk said that I would be emailed one but have not seen it. Seemed like the front desk clerk was lazy and did not want to try.
