Didn’t didn’t like anything about the property was misrepresented in their advertising was treated really badly when I asked for a refund never got a refund cost me $500 put me on hold for over an hour never called me back disrespectful and unprofessional never would recommend them again

This was a great property. The condo unit was charming, kitchen modern, own private hot tub on deck that the kids loved, and brand new fitness center on property I highly recommend this over a hotel room to have more space (and sleep!) particularly if you have kids. Staff super friendly too.

We stayed at the Wyndham resort in Flagstaff for five days. It was a very large and comfortable apartment-style unit with separate living and sleeping areas. The only drawback was the single bathroom, but overall quite nice.

Very convenient to Grand Canyon and Sedona. We did the Pink Tour at the Grand Canyon👍 Train ride thru Verdi Valley👍

We needed a space for 6 of us on short notice. This place was wonderful and for a great price too! I will definitely look to Wyndham again. The condo was clean, and well appointed. This property had a super rec area- Starbucks coffee, great ice cream bar, and even mini golf! We loved it! Just wish we could have stayed longer

My friends and I stayed for several nights but I wish we would have been there longer. The place was beautiful and area is breath taking. A worth while trip for sure.

This was a stop over going to the Grand Canyon for two days. Great City to visit, Lots of things to do. Did not leave enough time. Excellent accommodations. We were in a two family one bedroom. There were steps involved so take not. Also, not the resorts fault but note this is high elevation and for us it was hard to get used to. We were told some people take two weeks to adjust which we did not have. We also did not have time to use all the different extras that are offered here but whether you are passing through or staying I think it is a great locations and a very good faculty clean, nice people and lots to do.

Excellent staff, great hotel overall. Lots of amenities including pool, game room, bar, etc.

Room was bigger than we expected. It was clean and very quiet. Full kitchen is always what I am looking for for a trip longer than two nights. Definitely recommend this to everyone else!

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Nice Kitchen. Easy parking. Great for families. Good price.

The family loved the space, we stayed in a 2 BR condo with a sofa bed. We have a 2 month old son, 6 year old daughter and 13 year old son. The resort provided free wifi and the amenities were awesome, they have a kids pool and a pool for the adults, 9 hole put put, ping pong table, pool tables and bean bag theater. Overall, it's was a family friendly resort that we all enjoyed staying at and would go back. The only issue was getting a hold of the front desk, seems like they were having issues with their phone system during our stay but we were close to the main lobby so no big deal.

Things need to be upgraded such as the basketballs, piping, creaking noises, but other than that. I really liked it. The location was nice and the room itself was comfy.

Very appealing forest setting with relaxing view from the private porch and with outstanding amenities: starbucks, attractive snack shop/desserts till 10:30 p.m., cozy theatre, pool tables, pool/hottub. Separate cabin-like setting for each room!!!!! Consistently warm welcome by staff. Only exception to outstanding review is that king bed mattress could have been a bit more comfortable and sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced. Kitchen appliances and set up were perfect, also. Highly recommend!!!!

We were very impressed with the Condo. Felt very much likie home away from home. Very happy with our stay!

Disappointed that there was no fireplace in our unit. The pullout couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable....woke up with back pain. There was an old set of ear plugs from a former client draped over the lamp shade in the master bedroom. It was disgusting!! Not a very good cleaning job!! Only one jacuzzi that we all had to squeeze into. Would not move us to another unit and we checked in early enough to have a choice of location. Front desk did not even appologize for not cleaning up and removing the earphones....obviously dirty and used!!

The facilities were great for our family. The kids loved the mini golf, pool, ping pong, and movie room. The Grand Canyon and Sedona were both great day trips. Would definitely do this again.

We really enjoyed the resort and all its amenities. The room was wonderful, like a home away from home. We will stay here again for sure.

Overall, this is a very good option for a family get-away. Fun activities for children, two pools, mini-golf. Be careful what room you book. The "basic" 1-bedroom is like a dungeon, especially with 3 or more people. Small kitchen, cramped family room, very few windows.
