No lights working in the room, we have to change the room to other. Only 1 person in front office and maintenance and cleaning and everything. so he is not available for most of the times. We have to wait lot of time to check in. Phone is not working in the room. He has a big list of maintenance requests and he is come in an order. By that time come to your turn, it may be a week or more. Swimming pool is very uncleaned.

Heat didn't work in our room, broken curtains, no light bulb in lamp. Place us old and terribly run down. Staff tried to help by moving us to another room but lots wrong with that one too. Stay somewhere else! This place is bad!!

Our stay was good. The breakfast choices weren't too bad. Relatively quiet. Rooms need to be updated.

Would not stay again... Had to change rooms 3 times because of things not working

Front desk lady very unfriendly and unhappy to be there. Bathroom light didn't work and made a horrible noise. Everything had a bad smell.

It's in pretty sad shape. We arrived early and had to wait an hour by the pool while they put a rush on the cleaning. Didn't get in the room until 45 minutes AFTER check-in time!

We got this room for a cheap price, its only saving grace and the fact that we were only staying one night. There was noone at the check out counter when we went in. We ended up going for dinner then coming back since we were already booked and it was nonrefubefore.. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Nothing like the ramada in san deigo where we had stayed the week before

Pool was green, motel looked like it needs a paint job and definitely looked ghetto. We drove to our room there was a lady with her motel room door open and smoking a cigarette and her baby is right next to her. Our room was non smoking and still smelled like cigarette, I'm pregnant in my first trimester and the smell was unbearable we only stayed one night so we just dealt with it and agreed we will never stay here again (it was over a $100 to stay here don't get ripped off like we did) .

did not have a good stay, bathroom is old & smell, service is not good

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Up most of the night. Older room but newer tile in bathroom area and shower. No safety latch on door just dead bolt. Remodeling outside. Cable TV was choppy.

Room was awesome for the price, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and there was a large sink and mirror for us girls to get ready at. Breakfast was decent, but they didn't have any sausage or bacon and we were all meat eaters so that was probably the only thing I can gripe about

The front desk woman was very nice and helpful. However, the overall hotel experience was not good for a Ramada. The lobby was very stuffy and outdated. The room had stains on the side Chair and ottoman. The ceiling had water damage and it was only painted to cover up the damage. The bathroom was not clean and had stains in the tub as well as the floor. The towels were hard as a rocks, you couldn't even wipe your face with them because they were so rough. There was a family with separate rooms on the 2nd floor, one a few doors down from ours and the other room down and across the walkway. The kids ran up and down all evening and then staeyed back up at 6am on Sunday. It was not worth the money paid and 3 hour drive there.

Bed frames stuck out Brused my wife's leg, loud freeway noise, ran out of hot water by 9.00 am not a good deal for 85 bucks a night

I understand Continental Breakfast as other one, not just white (toast) bred, jam and cookies! The room was for the price ok, incl. free WiFi!

My family went to Flagstaff for the Northpole experience. The location was convenient. There were a lot of restaurants/ fast food near the area. The lot is a bit dark though, it needs more light. There was free breakfast but nothing special, coffee and muffins. The rooms were decent and the staff was friendly

I was not impressed with this Ramada Inn. I only stayed there because I was able to get the rooms cheap. It is an older hotel and a little run downed. But I was grateful for a small breakfast.

The hotel is run down. it is in a noisy part of town near the train tracks. I was woken up by the noise several times. The room was clean but needs repaintng and repairs to the molding and door.

Ray at the counter last night was great! What a good employee.

Hotel did not meet expectations. Smelled and not worth what I paid

The hotel was pretty reasonable for the pricing. Clean and perfect for the couple nights we were there. Management was a little rude but it was a great stay overall.

Dear Guest, we are sorry for any Inconveniences, as we just recently took over this property we are working on hiring more staff and in the process of upgrading rooms along with pillows and beds, I'm sure front desk clerk was assisting another guest in a room hence why no one was at the front but none the less we are working on hiring more staff.

Dear Nessa, we are sorry for the look and appearance of the property we just recently took this property over and are working hard to get it back in shape, as far as the pool goes we had a bad storm the night before and that cause out filters to get clogged we have since fixed this and the pool is nice and blue now. As far the other guest we are sorry but we can not control who does what and we do have smoking rooms, we would of gladly changed rooms for you.
