This is a great place to stay for the price and convenient The staff is very friendly from the time that you come in the door until you leave. This include the front desk to housekeeping The hot breakfast is excellent. The room is comfortable, however the bathroom is very small, which is the most negative comment that can be said about the facility. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a visit to the college for our child who is planning to attend soon. Definitely an older hotel. Felt pretty dated in the lobby. . The staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well represented in photos. We did find it odd that there was no vent in the bathroom. The bed was not the most comfortable. The walls are thin and we could hear guests in the room next to us talking loudly throughout the night. If you're a heavy sleeper and not too picky about beds this is an OK place to stay. Not sure we'll stay again though. And if you're a Martian, you are welcomed. Their entrance sign at the street mentions that in large lettering. ;-)

They can get away with overpricing when there's big events in town. This place was no better than a typical Motel 6 except the breakfast. The staff was great, but the place needs to put some money into sprucing up the place and making it look newer and cleaner. There were also ants in the bathroom....

Bring nose plugs. Room (and the hotel in general) had a subtle odor of cat urine - then the AC kicked on and the real stink party was on...then the odor was magnified x10. Carpets in the hallways and rooms look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in 10+ years. The shower head in our room was about 5'feet 3"inches off the tub floor - I'm average height and had to crunch over to get under the shower head stream. There was giant black hairs and unidentifiable crud on the floor behind the bathroom door that looks like it had been there for a long, long time. Subtle signs of black and green-ish mold in all the caulking and floor tile joints pretty much anywhere in the shower/toilet room. Would have bailed on this hotel 5 minutes after we walked in but it was Labor Day weekend, NAU parents weekend, and there was a huge football tournament going on and rooms were very scarce anywhere near the campus (where we needed to be close to for the weekend)

Overall the hotel is in need of a renovation. Rooms are dated and there are sings of quick fixes to keep things working. Our shower was missing the shower curtain. The location is also difficult to enter. Even the local Uber driver had a hard time finding us at the entrance. With the exception of the shower curtain, nothing was wrong, but at the same time there was nothing great.

The front desk girl had us wait to check in because she was finishing her smoking which was not allowed on hotel property. She asked for payment but I told her that I thought it was prepaid she said no it was not but when we checked out the guy that checked us out told us it was prepaid so he could not give us a receipt. The room was dirty and the carpet was filthy. There was no elevator and I was told that there were no ground floor rooms available. I broke my leg less than a year ago and can't so stairs very well.

Needs updating. Nice people. Decent breakfast. Central location and close to the university.

This is certainly not a five-star hotel however we had a very pleasurable experience and it was a good value for the money. Homemade banana bread welcomed me at check in and even though their coffee comes from "a box", it is the best I have had at any hotel, at ANY price. Serendipitous indeed...

Clean and convenient location but the facility is very old. The carpets were especially bad.

Pros: clean and bug free, delicious and hearty breakfast, secluded location. Cons: needs updating, smelly room, extremely firm bed, creepy wallpaper and dim lighting. Overall I had an okay experience but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends.

Breakfast buffet was nice, we could hear people talking in the hallways ,they woke us up. Every time we moved in the bed the whole bed moved. Bathrooms were pretty small . All else it was ok.

It was a place to stay over night in a pinch. The price was great. Their breakfast was the best. It offered more than pricy hotels. It had fresh eggs and sausage. Would stay there again.

The staff was ok but not very friendly. The room had a preset air conditioner temp. that could not be changed and it was hot in the room. The biggest issue was there was no elevator. I have a bad knee and don't do stairs well. They could not get us a bottom floor. This is something that I think should be disclosed before you book a room. The breakfast was good but again the breakfast was served down stairs and the dinning room was upstairs. The dinning room was big enough to fit a lot of people but not enough tables. It only seated about 25 people with 3 times that many people needing to sit. When I asked for a receipt I was told I would get it from Orbitz but still have received nothing yet.

Good hotel for the price. Comfortable bed and great breakfast in the morning.

Made the reservation from the road. This place was able to accomodate us. They were friendly, but it wasn't too easy to find.

Choose another hotel!!! The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast was terrible, and the room was extremely plain.

I don't have any complaints. Room was very clean, staff was great. Great location. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was ok

Room was clean, beds weren't the most comfortable but they served their purpose.

The breakfast in the morning was tasty. Lots of variety. The beds were not the best. Fine for one night though.

The room is very dated and the beds gave all three of us back aches. Don't Recommend Quality Inn, The motel is lacking Quality in the Inn.
