Hotel is in a good location. The room was nice. However, the chicken pot pie was too salty and didn’t have much chicken. It was just soup baked in a pie.

Very nice property, but expensive for a small town. It would be nice if a reasonably priced breakfast were available.

What I liked was the convenient location next to the university. What I didn't like was being woken up to the fire alarm going off at 5:30 in the morning. No PA system announcing whether it was a false alarm or to evacuate the property. We evacuated and returned to the lobby, had to ask staff what happened rather then receiving information from them. No apology from the property and no discount for the inconveniences. Also, didn't realize when booking through a third party like Orbitz Marriott does not allow a AAA discount. Bummer!

I was really looking forward to using the hotel's indoor Jacuzzi during our stay, with it being so cold out. However, every time we went to go use it, it was completely full with people just hanging out with alcohol. It was a bit annoying and felt that it should be monitored a bit more so that all guests can enjoy it. I was also woken at 3:30am with work trucks "beeping" very close by. Didn't make for a relaxing sleep.

We had no hot water for both of our showers at 9:00 AM in the morning. We left the hotel without a shower due to this and when we complained they said they had been working on this for a while!!!

Too loud. Hallways are too loud. No quite time at all

Hotel and view were great! Our only complaint is that we asked the staff several times to have the slow draining tub fixed, but it was never fixed

The location was great and the facility was nice and clean. The bathroom was a great size and we loved the smart tv in the room. The fold out was a twin bed. Everything was in great condition. We will definitely go back.

The hotel property is gorgeous. It is a bit too close to the freeways and can be quite noisy until 11 pm until the freeway noise calms down a bit. There is no fan in the bathroom, a bit disappointing for a property as nice as this. The "grill" and Starbucks is only open a few hours a day, which is unfortunate. Overall, nice property, comfortable and affordable stay. We'll be back, but will ask for room as far from the freeway as possible.

The room was very tiny. The TV was in an unusual position to the side of the bed not in front. When in bed even with the TV extended fully the person furthest from the TV could not see it. There were only mirrors in the bathroom. One behind the door and one over the sink. Only one person could get ready at a time. When I tried to use the mirror while my husband was in the shower the mirror fogged up and was unusable since there was no exhaust fan. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly.

My first impression from the moment I walked into the lobby was that it was a nice, modern and clean hotel. My room also held up to those standards. Really enjoyed my stay!

Nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, working AC.

The hotel is wonderful, but the secondary doorways and parking areas are poorly lit and, in my opinion, potentially dangerous. You almost need a flashlight to get around outdoors. Added bonus: Tesla Supercharger on site.

I have stayed at this hotel about 3 times and each time I am impressed with the staff, room and bar! Best place to stay in Flagstaff!!

Excellent recommendations from the staff. Love the inner courtyard with fire pit.

Having no Restaurant is a problem . Also was given a bottom level room across from the ice machine & Elevator with noise . Bartender was Cute & Terriffic !

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We would like you to know that the fans run continuous in bathrooms, and are silent. We look forward to seeing you in the future. Thank you.
