The property was located close to restaurants and my family's residence. Sadly, a plugged toilet in the room needed several requests and hours to fix. Sadly, I had to pay for parking when I only had access to a family car loaned to me for 2 of the four days and nights (there were no rental vehicles available in all of Flagstaff during my stay).

Bed had hair in it, we changed rooms to have hair all over the bathroom floors and shower. Beds uncomfortable and pillows flat. We didn’t stay our second night. Manager Liz and employee Devon refused to help us. Horrible stay! Horrible upkeep! Horrible staff!

I loved the fire pit that’s on the property! This property also had laundry facilities which is great!

They aren’t covid conscious at all. I was shocked at first, to see a people lingering in the hotel lobby without wearing mask, folks in front desk don’t clearly tell what part of the building the room is situated, worst is they keep the bath towels on the toilet compartment.

Cleanliness, the fire pit, overall quietness were perfect.

The suite was absolutely amazing! It was very spacious, clean and overall just perfect. The views from the room were beautiful. The location I feel made it even better. Access to many restaurants and nearby stores made the stay even more convenient! We will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel allowed people out onto the enclosed patio in the center of the hotel at all hours of the night. It was loud and people kept going in and out of the stair well slamming the door.

250 points/day for reusing towels and bed make up without daily housekeeping services; plus customer service of front line staff when checking in—most especially with key services

Hotel is in a good location. The room was nice. However, the chicken pot pie was too salty and didn’t have much chicken. It was just soup baked in a pie.
