There was a mix of attitudes and helpfulness from the staff both at the front desk and elsewhere. We left an item of clothing in the restaurant. When we went back to get it, it was gone and no one knew what happened to it. Parking was difficult.

Following issues: 1) Not very convenient location to get around 2) Bad experience with one staff 3) The worst, the spa place was deceiving. I was told that 8 message Thai women were living in a single apartment...
