Just like all my stays…it was great! Mary had me checked-in in no time and Fausto made check out quick and he even noticed a pair of my shoes I forgot and made sure I got them back before I left. I really do appreciate the staff here. They are very friendly and accommodating.

My stay was great as usual. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff may my check in quick and easy. I come to this area at least twice a month and this is the only hotel. I will stay at while I’m here. It’s a nice quiet location in close proximity to restaurants, convenience, stores, grocery stores, and other retail stores. I feel safe while I’m here in regardless of what time it is if I need something, the staff is always available to help. And you can’t beat the price I would recommend this hotel to anyone..

Great Staff!

The front desk staff at the Quality Inn in Kenly, NC is hands down the friendliest group of people I’ve come across. They are straightforward, welcoming, polite and accommodating. They truly care about their guests and their stay. If there is ever an issue they get it taken care of right away. Other hotels I have stayed at made me feel like I was really bothering them if I had a concern to the point that I didn’t speak up. I feel comfortable and welcomed at this property.

A great experience

My stay was great as always. When I was checking in I realized I had made reservations wrong and was not due to check in for 2 days. I contacted Hotels.com and in less than 10 minutes they changed my check in date and the staff had me a room ready! I really appreciated how understanding hotels.com was and was able to switch my reservation with no problems no begging no nothing other than I made the wrong reservation and they switched it and I also appreciate it. Greatly the staff at the hotel. They were extremely busy. had a lot of reservations coming in, but they accommodated me immediately. I will definitely be back..
