Perhaps because of our timing, the breakfast pre-cooked options were only slightly warm. Unfortunately in the morning we discovered a cockroach on the wall. On arrival, the person working the front desk was very friendly / helpful.

The hotel was great! The room was beautiful! The location of the room was horrible! Right next to the freeway did not get any sleep. Came in late and tired and did not get any rest.

Our room was clean and the room size, shower and overall space was great. My only complaint is that we were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned. I called and told the front desk and they had some weird explanation but on the bathroom mirrors there is a note that said they clean after two nights. We needed towels and needed to go downstairs and get them. The hotel is nice but they need more staff.
