Stayed in Apartment 2144 on 14 th floor, great view, great self contained with good equipped kitchen. The only issues beds uncomfortable and lumpy, obviously well used and needs new ones. Lounge also well used and uncomfortable due to sagging , could do with a new lounge. Tv outdated can only use Netflix no other apps . Very convenient to all amenities, secure parking was great value, and overall a great place to stay. The complimentary timtams and water was nice touch.

Great Location & Views – A Few Small Improvements Needed We had a great stay at Circle on Cavill - Wow Stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with stunning views of both the ocean and the river. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Surfers Paradise with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. We checked in after hours and found the instructions a bit confusing – it took us a while to work out where to go and how to access everything. Also, the pillows were all very thin and uncomfortable – definitely in need of replacing. It would have been helpful to have a few basic items provided too, like spare rubbish bags, dishwashing tablets, and kitchen spray, just to get us through the first few days. Overall, a good place to stay!

The hotel is nice and central for food, shopping and transport to wherever you want. We enjoyed our stay here with young kids. Very noisy at night if you are staying on the city side but ear plugs help. Outdoor pools are not heated also which was a shame.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!!! WOW Stays excellent communication and 2 bedroom unit was large with superb ocean views (9 floor.) Convenient located to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant are all underneath and walking distance almost anywhere! Public transport $0.50 which is a bargain as we didn't have to removed our car from the carpark. Only down side was it's noisy at night, eg. music coming clubs until 3am, although not every night. I recommend ear plugs for these nights... Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Thanks WOW Stays 👌

The location is just perfect, the apartment is really nice just the cleanliness is not great, it's okay.... The fluffy blankets had stains and it reminded me that those probably don't get even washed..the carpet in the apartment needs wayyyyyyy better vacuuming and small stains on bed head could've been cleaned if the cleaner actually payed attention. Small details but it added up and made it bit uncomfortable for me

POSITION PERFECT

When we arrived at the WOW office to collect our keys we were met by Carolina & another young lady who were both very friendly, informative & welcoming. Our apartment had a wonderful view of the ocean & the right aspect to capture the breezes. The apartment was nicely furnished & had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Circle on Cavill has a Woolworths supermarket downstairs together with many restaurants, a pharmacy, bottle shop & everything else you need. The tram stops out the front & it’s very close to the river & a short walk to the beach. Two outdoor pools together with an indoor pool were an added bonus. As was the undercover car space. You would have trouble finding anything more central & convenient. Our whole stay had a very relaxed vibe & hopefully we will return soon.
