You are required to do an online check where you must upload your personal id e.g., passport or license and then you must pay online for the bond. They do not give you an option to do it in office.
They also have additional cleaning requirements you must adhere to, to get your bond back. This is not noted in the listing but sent to you a few days before checkin.You find this out via an sms they send you a few days before checkin.
The location and view is great though! You get parking with the booking so cant fault that.
