My booking got cancelled by Agoda a day before my arrival in Gold Coast. I had no choice to find another apartment immediately before flying off that same day and booked Surfers Beachside Holiday Apartment. Skeptical at first but when we arrived, Mark and Lynne (Management/Front Desk) was so nice and accomodating. They told us that the room we're gonna stay in is a newly renovated room(which makes me even happier bcause my booking got cancelled a day before. So theres a silver lining behind all those that happened.) Room was ultimately clean and brand new! Love the concept! It was facing the sea and it was just very calming. I have nothing else to say but its all tip top condition! Tram is also nearby (Northcliffe Station) and near to shopping centres around (Pacific Fair, Cavill Avenue) I will definitely come back here if i come to Gold Coast again!!!

We have stayed here quite a few times now. Every stay has been great! Staff accommodate us and our kids. The Bbq area and pool is great to have dinner and fun with friends. Northcliff Surf Club across the road with great meals. The apartments are quite roomy. Ensuite in the master bedroom is spacious. The kitchen is useful for those nights you want to cook and sit and watch the nightlife walking past. Ocean view is so calming and magic. Can't wait to stay again!

I stayed in this apartment as most of the reviews on Tripadvisor were o.k Unfortunately this has been the worst place I have stayed at in the Gold Coast. Every year my family and I travel to the GC to enjoy a nice holiday but this year was the exception. The apartment was very run down, and smelled. When I opened the microwave the first day, there were sausages left there, which meant they had not cleaned the place from previous people. The beds were very uncomfortable and it was a very small apartment compared to others I have stayed at for less or same price. My advise to those wanting to stay here, there are many other options, do not stay here or you may be very disappointed !!

Recently stayed at this apartment very disappointing- dirty cutlery and crockery . Kettle had a major crack down the side boiling water everywhere. Aircon didn't work . Tv antenna point exposed- not kid friendly . Tv cabinet draws no safety latches - grandsons fingers caught . Dirty / dusty wardrobes . The BBQ area nice however the pool not fenced inside . Good location to the beach , view good but that's about it .

Good: Excellent location, takes around 8-10 minutes to the main street. Great view at reasonable price. Friendly staff. Half minute to walk down to the beach, very lovely. Fully equipped kitchen equipment. Washer and dryer in a nice bathroom. Bad: The only thing we concerned was that the dishwasher seems didn't work very well. The dishes, plates and cups are still not very clean after washing in the machine. We need to wash them on our own to ensure everything is clean.

For our short stay, we wanted a well placed, serviced apartment with all amenities & facilities and this one did not fail us. Fully equipped with kitchen facilities and laundry machines, we managed to cook and wash, and saved some money for other enjoyments. A tram station is just around the corner and the tourist attractions are all within 10 minutes walk. We rented a car and had very secure 2 parking bays for our 2 rooms. Apartment is very clean and tidy and well maintained. Unit 1 (#1004) was very clean and was recently refurbished while Unit 2 (#1104) was slightly dated, but also clean and neat. The views from the units were fantastic, overlooking the stretch of Gold Coast beach and the city. The whole apartment sits perpendicular to the sun's path and this is a bonus as no direct sunlight shine directly into the units. The location was very breezy and this actually require less air-conditioning inside. It was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

The apartments are well located a easy 10 minute walk to the heart of surfers. The apartment and rooms are spacious with very nice views. But the apartments are dated and an update and redecorate could easily transform the apartment from say a 3 to a 4 star apartment. There was unfortunately not aircon throughout only one central unit and ceiling fans in the rooms, but it just about did the job. Also the managers are very nice, friendly and helpful. If you get a very good price it's definitely worth staying here and foregoing a few luxuries. I may have rated it 3 stars but the view is really nice and pushed it to a 4.

Management (Mark and Lyn?)looked after us so well after arriving early. Gave us a discount voucher to have breakfast down the local Northcliffe RSL Club. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us, overlooking the beach and pool. Lovely quiet area within a 10 minute walk to the main drag of Cavill Ave area. Great having a kitchen to have breakfast on the balcony every morning watching the waves and beach. Handy having a washing machine and dryer. Also car park space. Apartment a little tired looking but clean and comfortable, fresh towels and linen. Spa, pool, sauna and tennis court, all to use. The free wifi was for an hour each day only, and ran very slow this was the only negative, but enjoying the views while waiting wasn't so bad!!! Only downside we had to come back home !!!! We had an awesome time here, well priced, definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

We just arrive home from a 6 night stay at Surfers Beachside Holiday Apartments and had a fantastic time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (2 adults and 2 kids) on the 8th floor We had a great view of the beach, Surfers Paradise and the pool/spa area. The apartment itself was large and fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer which was handy. The kitchen had eveything needed to cook your own meals which saves eating out all the time. We all loved the pool and spa area and spent a lot of time there. Beach is just across the road and the main part of town is a 10 minute walk or a short tram ride. This is a great place to stay in a great location and I would definitely stay again.

Quite centralised, near to beach and tram station. Apartment is big and clean with most the facilities available. Staff are friendly and helpful. A car lot is also assigned to each apartment. At the reception, they can arrange all the tour for you.
