premises did not have any air conditioning had plenty of fans and on opening doors had sea breeze but where it is situated could not have doors opened all the time because of the noise of the traffic. Plenty of room there was only 2 of us.

Great location and views, very helpful and friendly manager. The property is very dated and needs an update. The area around the pool is crumbing with loose concrete and just looks rundown. The unit we stayed in was very average with outdated finishes.

Excellent place to stay right on the beach. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi was great as well. 10 minutes walk to Burleigh shops etc. Second time here and would happily return.

I booked a superior apartment with ocean views and air conditioning, the top option on Expedia. I thought we would have a great ocean view, but it wasn’t the case. We were placed on level 3 with partial ocean views (looking directly into trees, couldn’t even see the sand) and the air conditioning placed in the far corner of the main bedroom which did nothing to help the apartment. The owner was apologetic but they’re running at capacity so couldn’t do anything. There were also works happening 24/7 on the light rail which we were unaware of. You can’t hear the works during the day, but when they’re saw cutting at 10pm, or trucks are reversing and unloading or loading material at 4am, it’s extremely loud.

This property is under new management and they are doing an amazing job. They are lovely to deal with, very friendly and the location is fantastic, right across from the beach, a short walk to Aldi and restaurants and a short drive to the huge shopping centre at Robina. We booked a renovated apartment with aircon and it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. As the aircon unit is only in the main bedroom, we learned to turn it on early morning and turn on the ceiling fans in the rest of the apartment. This helped distribute the cool air to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature through that day, as it did heat up quite quickly once the sun was up. While there is construction happening of the new light rail, noise was minimal and it certainly didn't diminish our experience. It will be fantastic and so easy to get around once finished. Parking is under the building which was a bonus as the street parking is only for 3 hours. We would definitely stay here again and if your budget allows, book the renovated, aircon apartments if you don't cope with the Qld heat.

The apartment and complex with parking had everything we needed, the location is great with a supermarket, shops, dining all within walking distance, the walks from the doorstep are beautiful and well worth being up for the sunrise.

We were staying here during Cyclone Alfred and were unable to go home when we were supposed to. The owners let us stay an extra day. When we arrived we got there a bit early and were able to check into our room early as well. They were great, highly recommend them

Best location the view from the kitchen sink had me washing dishes all week!! Room itself maybe wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, dishes were still in the dishwasher (didn’t discover this until day 3!) and tv was on. Rooms could do with a really good vacuum my daughter had a reaction to the dustiness of her room. Other than that we loved it and would definitely wish to stay again!!

The unit was superb. Excellent view of the beach as well as the hinterland. The manager made dining recommendations which we took and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was heated which was great since the weather was ordinary on the first day.
