Greenmont amid everything!
This is an excellent unit. Interior provisions are great and it is in the middle of a whole raft tof attractions - Cooloongatta CBD, supermarket, cinema, three Lifesaving clubs, Twin Towns RSL, river cruises,, etc.
Foutth floor balcony opens onto a beach promenade view.
Some minor repairs were needed and promptly dealt with. This is definitely a keeper.
