The room was not well cleaned. All 4 beds were on wheels with no brakes so when we went to sit or get onto the bed it moved around a lot. Not ideal when you have small kids

The aircon was not cold even stuck on 18 degrees. The shower was full of mould. Looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed for a very long time. Also lots of black mould on the bathroom ceiling.

Had a lovely stay at Red Star, however on arrival we had a leaking air conditioner in our room. Thankfully we were able to stay in a much nicer apartment for the night so that made up for it. A short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants, so for the price it worked out well for us.

Room was filthy, when I first checked in there was choc chip biscuits on the floor beside the bed, later that night when I went to bed it rolled away from the wall 30cm and under the bed was a pair of dirty female underwear and towel. Sheets didn’t look clean at all.
