Poor service
Had only 6 coffee and tea bags with one small 50 ml milk carton for a 7 day stay. For an apartment booking there was no toaster /microwave. Too much noise from construction site across the road. Would not book here again as hotel doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment hire which is in the same building.

Wasn’t allowed to leave bags down in lobby of hotel on checkout day because I was “apparently” not a hotel guest because it’s a separate room to the hotel. The only gym is not included apparently as hotel staff have said only thing that can be used is pool.

This hotel needs a major revamp. The lifts don’t recognise your cards to access your levels, so you end up with a group of commonly frustrated people waiting downstairs for a different life each time. There is no parking available at the hotel, you have to park in the public car park, or across the road and hope you don’t get a ticket. The toilet does not flush properly after the initial flush, so you have to either wait to go to the bathroom, or just leave it. The restaurant only offers breakfast and 2hrs of “happy hour pizza’s” but was closed the whole time we stayed there for a private function. The noise from the construction across the road is unbearable as well. At night it’s not too bad, but during the day you cannot sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view and sunshine. The air conditioning is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, it only has a heat option and the vents are horrendously dirty. Will never stay at this hotel again!
