Great location & fantastic view from balcony, near shops and transport. Multiple pools & gym - great facilities. Room is clean and comfortable. Living room is spacious. Bathroom was attached to main bedroom so hard for other guests to use. Not enough lifts so need to wait 20+ mins to get up/down. Quite noisy as next to the highway - not great for light sleepers including baby. Would’ve a great stay for adults but probably not for families with little ones

We loved the location of the apartment, it's very conveniently located, easy to walk to various shops, transport, and restaurants/food outlets. The condition of the apartment was good - tidy enough, spacious, good sized kitchen and main bedroom. To be picky, the only shortcomings would be; 1) basement parking - the spaces are very small, and is tricky with a larger car to navigate in the confined area. 2) the airconditioning to the main bedroom was a little under-powered, where as the main living areas would be very cold. 3) we needed to slightly move the couch to revover a dropped item, to find pens, books and dirt/rubbish underneath it. As I mentioned, this is just being picky. We would certainly stay in this apartment again.

Unit condition a bit tired in the bathroom area. Some general maintenance and replacement of shower head, shower shelf, toilet flush mechanism, iron and ironing board cover would be a great start. had to nurse all these things throughout stay for fear of breaking them and being charged for it.

The hotel was in a great position with easy access to restaurants, GC downtown district. Apartment was roomy and had a luxurious feel but probably needed a little love with some scratches on doors and walls (not that it effected our stay at all). Amenities in the hotel were great. Only downside was the screens lit up outside made it difficult to keep the rooms really dark overnight but a small price to pay to be in the thick of it.

Good location and was clean when we checked in. But the only issue is there is no wifi. It was very difficult for us as my kids were bored. So didnt like it. Wifi is a basic thing which is available in every appartment needless to mention.

The property was clean, spacious with great views, probably in need of a re paint. The lifts are extremely slow (only two operating, as one was out of order). Sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes for a lift to then find it was full, then had further wait for a lift to fit us in
