A lovely spacious and well equipped apartment. Beds were comfortable. After hours check in was a bit confusing, particularly that the dongle was the same as a swipe card - not very clear in the documents. Pool was really nice but it wasn’t clear in the pre- booking information that it was offsite- had to drive to pool to access. Area was quiet and there were some shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent via phone- staff answered questions and helped us solve problems in a really friendly manner. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Budget wise for Family

Pros: massive apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to coles, restaurant, liquor store. Gated community. Fully refundable even you did not finished your stay due to emergency but must select the refundable option when booking. Cons: once a week cleaning. floor tiles grout is dirty and in toilet. Pillows is tiny and super soft. not the same as the one in Hotel.

Ensuite shower didn’t work properly Bathroom shower didn’t drain so flooded bathroom and entry from main living Black out blinds, didn’t black out light so bright throughout the night Master bed uncomfortable. Second bedroom bed worse “Cleanish” although cleaners were still cleaning when we entered after check in. Earbud in the wardrobe wasn’t something I needed left behind. Phone, which was part of the gate entry didn’t work A shame as have stayed here before, in another apartment, with no problems hence returning

Location was excellent , close to shops and restaurants and view from the balcony was great.Main bedroom was supposed to have a queen sized bed but it was only a normal double.Hose from the shower head leaked badly.Connectind door to second bedroom had run off it's rollers.Would still do a return stay

Close to Outback Spectacular

The apartment was crisp in appearance, but bathroom mat was dirty, sliding glass door on vehandah was found unlocked on arrival, remote for access was help together with electrical tape, shower tray missing but frame was still on wall, and TV kept wanting to shut down. It's a secure compound with lots of security, and like I said, very crisp, white white white.
