This is the biggest scam. I have made the booking and have paid. Tried to get hold of the host was impossible. Eventually, I received a message to open the lockbox with the keys. Arrived, and there were NO keys. Tried calling and emailing the host, but no reply. I even tracked them down to their office - Personalised Property Returns in Bundall, QLD. No one there and left a message to call me. To date, I have not heard anything. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
